Mindfulness in the RSL

Mindfulness in the RSL In-Person

Join our experienced trainer Susan Hargreaves on a mindfulness session.

Through mindfulness we can learn to gather a scattered mind and train our attention so we have more agency over what we think and how we feel. The session will introduce the concept of how we pay attention, and why it is a foundational skill for life. The session will focus on understanding that attention is the gateway to our experience, and how we choose to place our attention shapes our experience in every day life.

Mindfulness can help reduce stress and anxiety, enhance self-awareness and improve focus. All staff and students welcome.
