This session is part of the Reading and Writing Innovation Lab Seminar series at the Radcliffe Science Library.

This free session will cover the new landscape of notetaking tools from the classics like Onenote to new technologies such as Notion or Obsidian. It will also explore techniques and strategies for organising notes and developing good note taking workflows. Participants will have a chance to try some of these applications after the session.

  • How to choose a note taking tool to fit the right strategies
  • Onenote, Notion, Obsidian or something else?
  • Role of reference managers as note takers – using Zotero for taking notes on readings
  • Combining notes and planning – mind maps, concept maps and project managers
  • Is audio the future of note taking?
